Chairman’s Christmas Message

On behalf of the Board and member parks I would like to wish you all a happy and safe Christmas season and thank you for your support during the last twelve months. Our member parks look forward to welcoming you in the future when you are traveling this great country. Club members are reminded that they need to have their club card on hand to show when arriving at a member park to ensure that the discount applies.

Also, our Top Tourist office in Adelaide will be closed for business from Thursday 22nd December 2011 until Tuesday 3rd January 2012. If you need to join or renew your club membership or require gift vouchers as a gift, I would encourage you to do so as soon as possible to ensure you allow sufficient time for Australia Post to deliver.

As a Top Tourist Member, I wish to say that my recent stay at the Top of the Town Park in Stanthorpe QLD was a stay at one of the best parks we have stayed in during our 7 years of cararavan travelling.  Firstly, the receptionist on arrival was very friendly, courtesy & helpful and actually showed that she was appreciative of my patronage (a welcome change from some caravan parks these days).  The ameneties were first class as were the sites and grounds throughout the park. I spoke to a couple of the ground staff/cleaners and they all displayed a sense of pride in what they were doing & how the place looked. It is a credit to all
concerned & Top Tourist should be proud to have them as a Top Tourist Park Member.

My husband and I would like to let you know how well presented, clean and tidy the Narrendera Lake Talbot Caravan Park is and we will be recommending it to everyone we know. It is a huge credit to the Managers there and we will be going back more often. The fact that they are able to cater for dogs is a bonus for us and many like us who do not like to leave our dog at home even for a week-end. It is getting so hard now to be able to find a caravan park that will allow dogs. So a BIG THANKS to the Top Tourist Parks for allowing your caravan parks to have dogs - well most of them.
